  • Is raw food safe to give my dog or cat?
    Raw pet food is very safe to give you pet. As long as the right ratios are followed and the food is produced in a clean reputable facility you should have no problems with having your pet on raw.
  • How do I switch to raw food?
    Switching to raw food is actually pretty simple. 1 - You can choose to fast your pet for 24 hours (recommended way to switch). This allows most of the previous diet to be processed through your pets system and will be the easiest on your pet for the switch. 2 - You can just start on your pets next meal. This was is a bit tougher on your pets stomach and can lead to a looser stool. This should only last 24-48 hours.

    Puppies: From 2-4 months: 6-10% of their body weight From 4-7 months: 4-5% of their body weight From 7-12 months: 3-4% of their body weight From 12+ months: 2% of their body weight For adult Dogs Under 15 lbs with a moderate activity level: Up to 5 lbs: 5% of their body weight From 6-10 lbs: 4% of their body weight From 11-15 lbs: 3% of their body weight To gain or lose weight: +1% or -1% accordingly For adult Dogs Over 15 lbs with a moderate activity level: 2% of their body weight to maintain To gain or lose weight: 2% of target weight
